Clarity Session

As an adult with ADHD myself, I fully understand how ADHD can bring a lot of noise, making it difficult to focus, sort through information or even know where to begin. The stigma surrounding ADHD is real, and challenges with attention, organization, and follow through are not simply character flaws.  A clarity session provides a private  supportive one-on-one educational conversation to slow things down, explore available resources, focus on what's most important to you and identify a manageable place to start.

What to Expect

During your private 60-minute Clarity Session, we’ll explore general ADHD education topics, and  helpful resources available to adults with ADHD.  You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, and we will make space to organize your thoughts, clarify what matters to you, and explore possible next steps at a pace that feels manageable to you.

Following our conversation, you’ll receive the ADHD Commons Clarity Session Resource Guide, a thoughtfully curated collection of educational resources and support options informed by my personal and professional experience with ADHD, giving you practical starting points to explore independently.

*Clarity Sessions provide education, and guidance, not diagnosis, therapy, or crisis intervention.
