Navigating ADHD can be hard.
Understanding your ADHD shouldn't be.

Hi there, I’m Brandi, the founder of ADHD Commons. ADHD has been part of my family story for many years, both personally and professionally. I have parented children with ADHD for over a decade, and my professional background includes a Master of Social Work degree and years of working with families navigating ADHD. Those experiences have given me an intimate understanding of the challenges ADHD can create in everyday life — and of the importance of recognizing strengths, and building practical skills.

I also understand how isolating ADHD can feel when difficulties are misinterpreted as personality flaws. That experience shaped the idea behind ADHD Commons. I wanted to create a place where people could feel understood, learn more about how ADHD shows up in their lives, recognize what is already working, and use education and practical resources to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

ADHD Commons is also rooted in the belief that understanding can create connection. My hope is that, over time, it grows into a place where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.  At its core, ADHD Commons is about helping people understand themselves more clearly, build on their strengths, and find practical ways to move forward that work in everyday life.
