Cancellation Policy

ADHD Commons | Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At ADHD Commons, we understand that plans sometimes change. Our policies are designed to offer flexibility while respecting everyone’s time. Cancellations: You may cancel your Clarity Session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are nonrefundable, except as required by law or where an exception is approved. Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If you need to change your appointment a second time, you must cancel your existing reservation and book a new session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable, and a new $99 payment will be required. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments: Please arrive on time for your scheduled Doxy.me session. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Late arrivals will not extend your appointment time. Missed appointments are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and approved exceptions. Unexpected Emergencies: At ADHD Commons, we understand that life happens and unexpected emergencies arise. We strive to approach these situations with compassion, understanding, and fairness. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency affects your appointment. Emergency-related requests will be reviewed individually, on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, a refund or an additional opportunity to reschedule may be offered. Exceptions are not guaranteed. Cancellations by ADHD Commons: If we need to cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.
